Korea Aerospace Research Institute Explores Collaboration with French CNES, TAS, etc.
The Korea Aerospace Research Institute (KARI) is exploring collaboration opportunities with French aerospace organizations and companies such as Airbus D&S and Thales Alenia Space (TAS) during the 2026 Korea-Europe Science and Technology Academic Conference (EKC 2026) in Toulouse, France. KARI will present South Korea's aerospace policy and seek partnerships with French space institutions. The event, co-hosted by the Korean Society for Science and Technology and European Korean scientists' associations, highlights Toulouse's status as a global aerospace hub. KARI Director Oh Tae-seok will deliver a keynote speech on South Korea's aerospace strategy and visit innovation clusters, Airbus D&S, and CNES's Toulouse center to explore future cooperation frameworks.
