Seven violations led to the designation, while one received a stay. The seven violations include false disclosures of major shareholder changes, delayed disclosures of third-party guarantees, and delayed disclosures of stock collateral agreements related to major shareholder changes. The stay violation involved an incorrect disclosure of executive director changes. Penalties totaled 31 points and 212 million won in fines, with additional amounts for delayed disclosures.
