Naver Exports '1784 Smart Building Technology Solution' to Japan's Large Integrated Building for the First Time

Team Naver announced on the 23rd that it will apply its accumulated 'Smart Building Operation Technology Solution' based on 1784 to Tokyo Midtown Yaezu, a mixed-use building in Tokyo's central commercial district, in collaboration with NTT Docomo and Mitsubishi Estate. The Tokyo Midtown Yaezu integrates office and commercial facilities. Through Team Naver's smart building solution, a cloud-based autonomous delivery service will commence. The core lies in integrating technologies like autonomous robots, cloud robot control systems, and digital twins from 1784. Mitsubishi Estate manages facility integration for the robot delivery service at Tokyo Midtown Yaezu, while NTT Docomo handles digital twin environment construction and robot maintenance operations. The initiative introduces indoor autonomous robots 'Luki,' multi-robot management system 'ARC Brain,' digital twins, and vision-based positioning technology 'ARC Eye.' ARC Brain, an orchestration platform integrating multiple robot movements and roles, is essential for efficient service operations in large-scale spaces like Tokyo Midtown Yaezu. This marks Naver's first commercialization of its 1784-smart building model externally, optimizing technology to provide smooth robot services even in general buildings without specialized smart infrastructure or cloud environments. Team Naver, Mitsubishi Estate, and NTT Docomo plan to expand robot delivery services through diverse use cases and broaden collaboration to areas like indoor AR navigation and building management based on digital twins in the physical AI domain.
