CloBot Acquires 100% Stake in Doosan Logistics Solutions Co., Ltd.

CloBot (466100), a smart robotics solutions firm, announced on June 23 that it has decided to acquire 412,428 shares of Doosan Logistics Solutions for 685 billion won. This acquisition aims to diversify CloBot's business and strengthen its competitiveness in the logistics automation market. Following the transaction, CloBot will own 100% of Doosan Logistics Solutions' shares. The total transaction value is 685 billion won, with the purchase price of 52 billion won structured as a 25 billion won down payment and 27 billion won remaining payment. Additionally, the 633 billion won share issue proceeds of the target company are included. External evaluations found no evidence of inappropriateness in the share transfer transaction. The external evaluation was conducted by Jinpyung Accounting Firm from May 18 to June 22, 2026. CloBot is a listed company on the KOSDAQ market, having been listed on May 8, 2017.
