HEM Pharma Signs Supply Agreement for New Probiotics Product

HEM Pharma (376270), a microbiome analysis specialist, announced on June 24 it signed a supply agreement for a new probiotics product with access business group, a health food and consumer goods manufacturer. The contract value of 46.3458 billion won represents 35.71% of its recent sales of 129.7935 billion won. The agreement, valid from June 23 to October 9, 2026, will see domestic and international sales. HEM Pharma will use both in-house and outsourced production, with payment terms within 60 days of invoice receipt. As of June 24, 2026, its stock closed at 44,000 won, up 2,500 won from the previous day. Recent results show assets of 518 billion won, liabilities of 466 billion won, equity of 52 billion won, sales of 130 billion won, an operating loss of 156 billion won, and a net loss of 237 billion won. HEM Pharma, a natural science and engineering R&D company, is listed on KOSDAQ since December 30, 2016.
