Tmap Mobility Launches Real-Time Guidance for Vacant Airport Parking Spaces

Tmap Mobility, in collaboration with the Korea Airports Corporation, has launched South Korea's first real-time vacant parking space guidance service at airports. The service, available at Kimhae International Airport and Cheongju International Airport, displays real-time parking lot maps and vacant spots on navigation screens without additional user input. It also provides parking capacity data and color-coded distinctions for disabled, eco-friendly, and compact car parking spaces. The service integrates real-time data from CCTV, ultrasonic sensors, and LiDAR technology to monitor parking availability. Tmap Mobility plans to expand the service to more airports and public facilities in the future.
