Kim Hyung-chul, Largest Shareholder of Javis, Increases Stock Holdings by 363,223 Shares, Total Holding Ratio 31.08%
Javis (254120), a semiconductor and secondary battery inspection equipment company, disclosed on June 10 that its largest shareholder, CEO Kim Hyung-chul, increased his stock holdings by 363,223 shares, raising his total stake to 31.08% of the company's shares. Kim Hyung-chul's holdings now stand at 7,559,806 shares (24.58%), while related parties Kim Sang-yeon (879,910 shares, 2.83%) and Choi In-hwan (199,076 shares, 0.65%) also reported increased stakes. Key changes include Kim Sang-yeon's 326,164-share (1.06 percentage point) increase through intra-day purchases between June 29 and July 8, and Kim Joon-yeong's 37,059-share (0.12 percentage point) increase. Both used personal funds for the purchases. Javis, a special-purpose machinery manufacturer listed on KOSDAQ since September 20, 2016, closed at KRW842 on July 10, up 4.60% from the previous day.
