Meta to Directly Service Anthropic's Claude AI Amid Competitive Moves

Meta is reportedly planning to offer Anthropic's AI model Claude through its own data centers. SemiAnalysis, an IT infrastructure analysis firm, reported this on July 3. Meta is in the final negotiation stage with Anthropic for access to Claude's 'Private Instance' service. Private Instances differ from standard API data exchange methods, as Meta would build isolated dedicated server environments in its data centers. This would allow Meta to use Claude with unlimited high-performance capabilities for internal operations and advanced service development. SemiAnalysis expects Meta to apply similar strategies to OpenAI models in the future.
