Humanoid Robot Successfully Performs World's First Remote Live Surgery

A research team at UC San Diego has successfully performed the world's first remote live surgery using a humanoid robot. This study evaluated the surgical capabilities and clinical applicability of humanoid robots compared to existing surgical robots.
