Nongshim's 'AI Export Plant' Near Completion... Establishing a Production System for 12 Billion Ramen Annually

Nongshim is advancing its global production system by implementing an AI-based quality management system at its upcoming Busan Noksan export plant, scheduled for completion in October. The plant will initially operate three production lines to manufacture 500 million ramen annually, increasing total annual export capacity to 12 billion units when combined with existing facilities. The company plans to expand to up to eight production lines to meet growing international demand. The Noksan plant will also integrate AI deep learning for quality inspection, big data analytics for predictive maintenance, and global certifications including ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, RSPO, and Halal. This strategy supports Nongshim's 2030 goal of achieving 61% overseas business revenue.
