LG Electronics Expands AI Home B2B Business with GS Construction

LG Electronics and GS Construction have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to jointly develop next-generation AI Home solutions. The collaboration will integrate LG's AI Home hub 'ThinQ ON' with GS's Xi brand housing infrastructure, creating a unified smart living system. This includes a platform integrating apartment functions like lighting, heating, ventilation, elevator calls, parking tracking, and community facility reservations. AI-driven personalization will adapt to user habits, while expanding previous agreements on future housing robotics. LG aims to strengthen its B2B market strategy by combining built-in appliances and AI solutions.
