KB National Bank Strengthens Protection for SMEs and Workers' Wages in Collaboration with NICE D&N

KB National Bank and NICE D&N have signed a cooperation agreement to enhance financial stability for small businesses and on-site workers. The partnership links NICE D&N's electronic payment system 'Nomuvid.com' with KB's financial infrastructure to prevent unpaid wages in construction, shipbuilding, and manufacturing sectors. The two entities plan to establish a joint framework to stabilize payment processes, introducing a trust-based 'KB Subcontractor Protection Account' to mitigate payment risks and expanding escrow services for business-to-business transactions. This initiative aims to reduce financial burdens on SMEs and minimize wage default risks for workers.
