The service allows linking existing accounts or opening new group accounts via the i-ONE Bank (Personal) app. Participation through mobile web without app installation was introduced to improve accessibility. Key features include real-time transaction sharing, detailed expense reports, fee payment tracking, customizable fee rules, and a dedicated 'IBK Group Checkcard'.
