Bespin Global, an AI services and solutions company, officially launched its AI-based Security Operations Center (AI-SOC) service 'HelpNow AI SOC' on June 15. According to the company, HelpNow AI SOC autonomously handles all aspects of security operations—from threat detection to analysis and response—using AI agents. It features intelligent analysis capabilities that understand and interpret security logs in context, with 24/7 AI agents monitoring multi-cloud and hybrid environments in real time. The platform automates threat response processes such as isolating infected assets, executing response playbooks, and providing recovery support, enhancing security response speed and operational efficiency. Bespin highlighted its differentiation from traditional MSSP models by deploying AI agents directly within customer environments.
