MegaZone and TesoLo Sign MOU for Physical AI Technology Collaboration and Talent Development

MegaZone, the parent company of MegaZone Cloud, announced on the 16th that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with TesoLo, a specialist in AI-based robot grippers, to collaborate on physical AI education and technology development. The MOU was signed at MegaZone Cloud's Seoul Yongsan office, with key executives including MegaZone Chairman Lee Juwan, Vice President Lee Jae-seok, TesoLo CEO Kim Young-jin, and CTO Ryu Woo-suk in attendance. Under the agreement, both companies will jointly develop and operate practical training programs using TesoLo's AI gripper and robot hand products. MegaZone will provide educational infrastructure and operations through its training center, while TesoLo will supply the necessary AI grippers and technical support. Additional engineering-focused technical education for content creation will also be conducted. The collaboration aims to build a shared physical AI technology reference, combining TesoLo's robot hand/gripper technology with MegaZone's physical AI platform to develop optimized grasping and manipulation techniques for diverse environments, advancing intelligent automation. Grippers, as core devices enabling robots to grasp and manipulate objects, are critical to automation performance across industries like manufacturing, logistics, and services. TesoLo, a leader in advanced robot grippers, offers products like the DG-5FM humanoid hand with 20 degrees of freedom, capable of precise grasping and manipulation. MegaZone's WISE platform enables AI-driven generation, learning, and optimization of robotic task actions, supporting automation efficiency across various robot applications.
