KT has introduced 'Frontline Deployment Engineers (FDEs)' as a hidden card for its B2B AI business. FDEs, defined as 'AX Sherpas' for enterprises, assist customers in transitioning to AI (AX). Partnering with Palantir, KT enhanced FDE capabilities, reducing problem-solving timelines to three days. FDEs go beyond traditional SI engineers by supporting full AX adoption, including ontology development and AI agent creation. The AI Hacker Camp, a Palantir-based program adapted for Korean markets, emphasizes collaborative problem-solving and skill transfer.
