Shinhan Bank Collaborates with Public Pension Service to Expand AI & Digital Financial Education for Retired Civil Servants

Shinhan Bank has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Public Pension Service to expand AI and digital financial education programs for retired civil servants, alongside financial fraud prevention training. The partnership will jointly operate tailored financial education programs focused on AI, digital finance, and asset management, while promoting consumer protection campaigns. Shinhan Bank will utilize its AI-digital financial education center, 'Shinhan Hakyae,' to provide hands-on experiences for retired civil servants, including asset management education for post-retirement financial planning.
