ThinkingAI Expands Footprint in Korea After Entry, Secures 60 Customers, Accelerates Function Enhancements
Chinese AI agent services are expanding their presence in the domestic market. Following its May 2023 official entry into South Korea at the 'Wanted HighFIVE 2026' conference, ThinkingAI has accelerated business expansion by growing its team to 15 members and securing 60 domestic customers. The company has launched updates to its AI agent platform, including a 'Knowledge Base' function that automatically structures enterprise business documents into AI knowledge assets and an 'Agent Team' function that assigns roles to multiple AI agents to handle complex tasks in parallel. Development is also underway for an A/B testing feature to compare AI model performance, with customer testing planned for July and a formal release expected in early August. With over 1,500 customers and established performance in the Chinese market, ThinkingAI's platform enables enterprises to easily create customizable AI assistants through simple settings, benefiting both Chinese and Korean companies entering each other's markets due to its comprehensive social data monitoring capabilities across platforms including WeChat and Baidu.
