Jokoeding AX Partners Conclude 'AX Talent War' with 60 Finalists Out of 5,300 Applicants
Jokoeding AX Partners (joint representatives Jo Dong-gyun and Moon Kyung-won) announced on the 18th that they held the final round of the 'AX Talent War' competition at the 'Workmore Dangsan' venue in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul. This event, which gained attention for evaluating participants based solely on AI-driven problem-solving ability rather than academic credentials or experience, saw OpenAI participate as an official collaboration partner, providing API credits for task execution. With 5,341 applicants, the hackathon selected 60 finalists through a 5-stage AI assessment system developed by Jokoeding AX Partners and reviewed by OpenAI. The finalists faced real-world challenges posed by executives from companies including MyRealTrip, MUSINA, MediTera, Samil PwC, Channel Corporation, and KakaoPay Securities. Participants underwent a survival-style audition, solving company-specific challenges and receiving 1:1 feedback from judges. Winners were evaluated on problem interpretation, solution validity, and practical implementation potential. The top three were Yoo Jaimin (MyRealTrip), Jo Young-tak (Samil PwC), and Kwon Sang-yoon (ChannelTalk), with Yoo winning first place. Additional prizes included direct interviews and hiring processes with participating companies. Jokoeding AX Partners emphasized their commitment to developing AI-native talent through real-world validation. They also plan to release short-form videos and documentaries showcasing participants' problem-solving processes, corporate evaluations, and strategic intentions behind the challenges on their YouTube channel.
