Shinhan Bank Unveils 21 In-House AI Agents... High-Level Development of Financial AX

Shinhan Bank gathered domestic and international AI agents developed by Shinhan Financial Group, analyzing their operational utility and improvement challenges. The bank plans to concretize financial AI transformation (AX) by comparing external technologies with financial sector applications and incorporating feedback from industry professionals and experts. The 'Shinhan AX Agent Summit 2026' event, held in Seoul, discussed current AI agent capabilities, compared domestic/foreign technologies and financial sector cases, and explored improvement directions for AX. Shinhan showcased 18 AI agents developed by AX innovation leaders and departments, plus 3 from subsidiaries, while participants compared AI services and agents, shared insights on practical applications, and debated AX technology trends. The AX/Web3 Academy's technical advisory panel reviewed key agents and proposed guidance for AI-native transformation.
