Uaahan Youth Launches Support for Riders' Return to Work After Accidents

Uaahan Youth, which operates Baemin logistics services, conducted safety training to support delivery riders who have experienced accidents in returning to their work sites. The program, held at Baemin Academy in Seoul, was organized as part of a May agreement between labor and transport ministries, police, and platform operators to enhance safety for delivery workers. The curriculum focused on preventing re-accidents through field-oriented training, including incident prevention techniques, risk awareness, and psychological recovery support. Participants who remain accident-free for 120 days from August will receive incentives. Uaahan Youth emphasized the importance of both safety skills and psychological preparation for riders' successful return, planning to expand support nationwide.
