Atlas Link Decides to Acquire Land and Buildings in Dongseong-dong for 174 Billion Won

OTT set-top box manufacturer Atlas Link (297570) announced on July 22 that it has decided to acquire land and buildings located in Dongseong-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul from its subsidiary company for 174 billion won. The assets include land and buildings at Dongseong-dong 1-36 and 1-183. The acquisition amount represents 15.47% of the company's consolidated assets as of the end of the most recent fiscal year. The purpose cited includes business diversification, securing stable rental income, and enhancing asset value. The transaction will enable rental income generation and long-term asset value enhancement. The counterparty is Roa&Co Holdings, a subsidiary engaged in entertainment management, with headquarters at Dokseo-dong, Seongdong-gu, Seoul. The contract was signed on July 22, 2026, with settlement and registration scheduled for August 20, 2026. Payment terms include 60 billion won in down payments and 110 billion won in priority debt repayment on August 20, 2026. Funding will come from equity and financial institution loans. A third-party valuation by Samdeok Accounting Firm confirmed the transaction's fairness under relevant laws. The company's consolidated financials as of December 2025 show total assets of 112.5 billion won, liabilities of 57.7 billion won, and equity of 54.7 billion won. Atlas Link, listed on KOSDAQ in July 2018, operates in communication and broadcasting equipment manufacturing. Its stock price closed at 1,032 won on July 22, 2026, up 1.67% from the previous day.
