Fee income surged 50.6% to 29.612 trillion won, driven by growth in securities and asset management subsidiaries. KB Securities contributed 7963 billion won in half-year net income, a 135% increase, bolstering the group's non-banking profit share to 44%. KB National Bank's half-year profit grew 1.7% to 22.254 trillion won, while KB Insurance's profit fell 14.2% to 4.788 trillion won due to rising loss ratios.
