Dassault Systèmes Reports Subscription Software Revenue Growth, with South Korea, Japan, and India Leading Asia Market Expansion

Dassault Systèmes reported strong revenue and profitability growth in Q2 2026 driven by subscription-based software and cloud business expansion. Asia-Pacific led growth with South Korea, Japan, and India as key contributors. The company achieved IFRS revenue of 15.558 billion euros (approx. 26 billion USD) and operating income of 3.583 billion euros (approx. 6 billion USD) through its virtual twin-based '3D Experience (3DX)' platform. Revenue rose 2 percentage points year-over-year, and 4 percentage points under fixed exchange rate. Operating income increased 48 percentage points YoY to 3.583 billion euros, with operating margin rising from 15.9% to 23.0%. Net income reached 3.193 billion euros (approx. 5.346 billion USD), up 46 percentage points YoY. Diluted EPS increased 33 percentage points to 0.22 euros. Subscription revenue grew 8 percentage points under fixed exchange rate, while 3DX and cloud software sales rose 14 percentage points each. Annual recurring revenue (ARR) grew 6 percentage points to 44.4 billion euros (approx. 74.3 billion USD). The company emphasized that expanding subscription contracts and recurring revenue enhance business model stability. Industry innovation software revenue rose 5 percentage points to 7.68 billion euros, mainstream innovation software grew 8 percentage points to 3.805 billion euros. Life sciences and healthcare software revenue declined 4 percentage points to 2.522 billion euros. Medidata subsidiary revenue fell 3 percentage points YoY. Regional growth saw North America up 5 percentage points and Asia-Pacific up 8 percentage points. While India, South Korea, and Japan drove Asia-Pacific growth, China sales declined. European revenue remained flat amid automotive sector challenges.
