KB National Bank Offers Tailored Career Education for Vocational High School Job-Preparation Students

KB National Bank is supporting 120 vocational high school job-preparation students with resume writing, interview training, and job linkage initiatives. Following the career camp, dedicated consultants will provide six-month follow-up including career counseling and employment matching. The program, operated in partnership with the Ministry of Education, Korea Foundation for Education and Employment, and KB Financial Group Public Foundation, welcomed 120 students who participated in two-day training sessions covering resume consulting, interview strategies, and mock interviews. Two new employees from the previous cohort joined to share their hiring experiences. KB National Bank plans to assign dedicated career consultants for ongoing support.
