Hyundai Mobis (012330) disclosed on July 24 that it purchased a specific financial trust issued by its related party Hyundai Securities for 500 billion won. The transaction, valued at 500 billion won, involves a 3-month maturity trust issued by Hyundai Securities with market-rate interest. The purchase aims to enhance stable capital utilization and profitability. The deal was approved by Hyundai Mobis' Sustainability Committee on April 23, 2026, with all independent directors and auditors present. As of December 2025, Hyundai Mobis reported total assets of 70.4005 trillion won, net debt of 21.1877 trillion won, and operating profit of 3.3575 trillion won.
