Samsung SDS Signs Partnership with Anthropic to Expand in Domestic Enterprise Market

Samsung SDS (Representative Lee Joon-hyeok) announced on April 25 that it has established a strategic partnership with Anthropic at the San Francisco AI Summit in San Francisco to expand in the enterprise AI market. The collaboration includes joint development of AI solutions, training applied AI engineers, providing Claude Enterprise to Samsung affiliates, and expanding AI-native support. Both companies plan to conduct joint marketing, technology validation (PoC), and co-development projects. Samsung SDS aims to strengthen customer response capabilities through its applied AI engineer training program and expand its AX business by broadening access to Claude Enterprise for external clients. Over 100,000 internal messages have been exchanged between Samsung SDS employees and Claude, with approximately half of users employing Claude code. Samsung SDS also partners with OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google Cloud to provide external AI services to Samsung affiliates.
