Samsung SDS has entered a strategic partnership with Anthropic to expand its enterprise AI business, combining both companies' technological expertise and industry know-how to strengthen its domestic AI market strategy and support corporate customers' AI innovation. The collaboration includes joint market expansion in South Korea, training applied AI engineers for Claude deployment, and providing Claude-based enterprise solutions to Samsung affiliates. Samsung SDS will accelerate AI adoption across key industries through initiatives like joint marketing, technology validation, and co-development projects, while its 'Client Zero' strategy involves testing Claude internally before external rollout. With over 1 million messages exchanged by employees using Claude within weeks of deployment, the company plans to expand its AX business to external clients.
