Bitgo and OTC Markets Group Promote Tokenized Securities Trading Approach for Broker-Dealers

Bitgo and OTC Markets Group are advancing a partnership to support over 150 broker-dealers in trading, settling, and holding digital asset securities. The collaboration integrates OTC Link ATS, a regulated alternative trading system, with Bitgo's custodial infrastructure. Bitgo Bank & Trust will act as a qualified custodian, with payments facilitated through the Bitgo Go Network. The initiative focuses initially on digital asset securities, with plans to expand to tokenized assets and products as regulatory frameworks evolve. Bitgo recently received federal approval to operate as a national trust bank under federal banking oversight.
