Bitget Registers as Financial Services Provider to Expand Business in New Zealand

Bitcoin exchange Bitget has registered as a financial services provider with New Zealand's Financial Services Providers Register (FSPR), enabling expanded services including forex exchange, international money transfers, asset custody, and portfolio management. The exchange is broadening licenses across jurisdictions, having received operational approval for a digital assets exchange and custodial wallet provider in Georgia by June 2025, and holds UK regulatory approval through its subsidiary Arca. It is also registered in Italy's OAM.
