Lornic Unveils Physical AI Robot That Integrates Inventory Management Beyond Cooking

Lornic introduced the physical AI robot 'CUBE' that connects food ingredient measurement, menu production, and inventory and temperature management across restaurant operations. Unlike traditional fast-food robots that focus only on specific cooking tasks, CUBE integrates data from order placement to production and ingredient management. The robot, deployed at Seoul's 'Sewol Tacos Pupusa' restaurant, features modular functions for ingredient measurement, liquid filling, container supply, and heating, enabling personalized menu creation based on order recipes. CUBE also adjusts output based on ingredient conditions, tracks real-time inventory using actual weight data, and provides detailed cost analysis for menu optimization, supporting future demand forecasting and automated procurement.
