Wave Adds 20 tvN Drama and Variety Regular Programming Channels

Wave, an online video service (OTT), announced on the 27th the addition of 20 regular programming channels featuring continuous scheduling of tvN dramas and variety shows. These channels operate with continuous programming blocks and are accessible to both paid subscribers and free members. Wave previously launched 7 drama regular channels on the 13th, including 'DoKkaBii,' 'Hotel Del Luna,' 'My Dear Secretary,' and 'Search for WWW,' and added 13 variety regular channels on the same day, such as 'Grand Escape,' 'Sixth Sense,' 'Iron Girl Squad,' and 'Outside the Tent is Europe.' Some programs like 'It's Useless to Lie' and 'Missing: They Were There 2' are available through both video-on-demand (VOD) and regular channels. The addition increases Wave's live channels to 152, with 133 offering free streaming via FAST (Free Ad-Supported Streaming TV). Free channels include terrestrial, comprehensive, news, sports, and regular programming. A Wave representative stated, 'We will continue expanding diverse free channels to become a daily platform for everyone.'
