BTS's 'ARIRANG' Drives HYBE to Record Q2 Sales and Operating Income

HYBE achieved record-breaking quarterly results, driven by simultaneous quantitative and qualitative growth from its artists' comprehensive activities. The company reported Q2 revenue of 1.45 trillion won and operating profit of 170.9 billion won, both record highs. Quarterly revenue surpassed 1 trillion won for the first time, with operating profit breaking the 100 billion won threshold. Performance and music sales, including direct participation revenue from artists' comeback and global tours, reached 647.7 billion won and 326.8 billion won respectively. Indirect participation revenue also surged to 310.6 billion won. HYBE's operating margin of 11.8% demonstrated double-digit growth despite doubling revenue year-over-year. BTS's 'ARIRANG' album led global physical album sales resurgence, contributing to HYBE's position as the third-largest global music exporter.
