BNK Financial Group reported a 13.5% decline in first-half net income to 411.8 billion won, primarily due to a one-time loss from real estate fund transactions. However, operating income rose double-digit as interest and fee income grew while provisions decreased. Non-banking subsidiaries contributed 58.6% higher net income, supporting the group's overall performance.
