Hyundai Mobis to Invest 97.86 Million Shares of HMC Future Complex Common Stock

Hyundai Mobis (012330) announced on November 11 that it plans to invest 97.86 million shares of common stock in HMC Future Complex, a subsidiary under its planned acquisition. The investment, valued at 978.6 billion won, will be made over five years from June 2026 to December 2030, with quarterly installments scheduled for June 2026, April 2027, April 2028, April 2029, and December 2030. The total investment amount, including the initial capital contribution and future payments, is 1.988 trillion won. The board of directors approved the transaction on June 11, 2026, through the Sustainability Governance Committee. The stock price closed at 576,000 won on June 11, up 1.05% from the previous day.
