Hanwha Aerospace (012450) announced on June 16 that it will acquire 33,875,330 shares of Korea Aerospace Industries for 5 trillion won through a cash acquisition method via intraday purchases, aiming to strengthen business collaboration. The acquisition is expected to be completed by December 31, 2026. Post-acquisition, Hanwha Aerospace will hold 97,223,210 shares, representing a 9.97% stake.
